Sandor Katz, University of Oregon November 16th 2012. Discussion on fermented foods and culture.
Sandor Katz, author of Wild Fermentation and his latest book The Art of Fermentation presented last week (November 16, 2012) at the University of Oregon. He was on a book tour to promote his latest book and made a very inspiring talk on culture and the culture in foods wrapping it all into ideas about how fermented foods essentially hold that culture together.
